Frank Murray writes about the site of the old Rugby ground and greyhound stadium, and how the area has changed - complete with a map, a list of what now stands on the site, and a copy of a leaflet from the Swift Hound pub (named because it stands on the site of the greyhound stadium).

Local resident Frank recounts an interesting conversation he had in George Bancroft Park, with the gardeners responsible for all the plants and landscaping.  They chat about what used to be where the park is now, and the new Climbing Wall (pictured), as well as rugby and football!
